I had the wonderful privilege of having Laura lead a group of 48 on a 7 day journey throughout England during the summer of 2018. She did her homework on our group's interests and was well versed on the sites we visited. Her knowledge was very impressive and certainly contributed to her ability to easily answer all our questions on a daily basis. Laura has a warm, welcoming, professional and friendly demeanor, that is vital when you spend several days with a group. She displayed a genuine enthusiasm about her job which clearly showed how proud she was to share her country with all of us. We truly appreciated her more and more each day and by the end of our trip, we knew we had made a great 'over the pond' relationship. I would highly recommend Laura for any guide endeavors and/or the ability to coach or train those interested in such a role. She would definitely lead by example.
